How To Get Involved?

We offer flexible CSR partnerships and employee engagement opportunities for companies in Berlin and beyond. Whether you're looking for a one-off team event or a longer-term community partnership, we'll shape it together.

Community Cooking Session

Bring your team (15–27 people) to our Blue House in Berlin for a 4-hour cooking session led by and with members of Berlin's migrant and refugee community. Cook together, share a meal, and leave with a genuine human connection. Ideal for corporate team events, employee engagement days, and CSR activations in Berlin. From €3,500 + VAT.

Support a Community Project

Fund specific initiatives such as free music lessons, intercultural cooking sessions, or creative workshops for refugees and migrants in Berlin. As a project partner, you’ll receive regular updates and opportunities to connect directly with the impact you are supporting.

Annual Community Partnership

Looking for more than a one-off corporate team event? Our annual partnership includes 2 cooking sessions plus employee volunteer days at one of our activities. One contract, one invoice, ongoing social impact. From €6,500 + VAT.

Give Back with Your Sales

Design a cause-related marketing initiative by donating a percentage of your sales to support Hejmo’s community programs in Berlin. Together, we can create measurable impact while strengthening your brand’s social responsibility profile.

Music for a Cause

Partner with Hejmo by hosting a fundraising concert or donating a portion of ticket sales. We collaborate with artists and venues who want their events to contribute to inclusive community-building in Berlin.
