Agora Podcast

The Agora podcast invites you into the lives of artists, activists, educators, and community organizers who are helping shape a more open and connected Berlin. Through their work, they bring forward new perspectives, challenge dominant narratives, and create space for dialogue, understanding, and change, from the ground up.

In ancient Greece, the agora was more than just a market. It was a gathering place where people met, debated, and made their voices heard. Our podcast continues this tradition by offering a platform for grassroots initiatives, community members, and other Berliners to share their stories, struggles, dreams, and visions for the city.

Guests include the migrant section of the Deutsche Wohnen & Co. Enteignen campaign, the Arabic bookshop Khan Aljanub, Schwulenberatung Berlin, the JACK Education Centre for Women Refugees, and our own projects. Together, they explore questions of belonging, justice, and everyday life through the experiences of migrants, refugees, and those working alongside them, while also sharing how their work enriches the city and helps us all see it through different eyes.

Unsere letzte Staffel des Agora-Podcasts wurde durch die Unterstützung der Claussen-Simon-Stiftung und der Berliner Landeszentrale für politische Bildung ermöglicht.
