Winner of the “Helden-Bescherung” Preis, by the B.Z.
We were awarded a prize by the B.Z. at the end of 2019, awarding us the title of “Heroes of Berlin” for our community-building efforts. Thanks to the B.Z. for this honour!
Hania and the art project team win the Hatun-Sürücü-Preis 2020
To recognise the efforts of projects committed to supporting women and young girls in Berlin, the Grüne Fraktion Berlin awarded Hania Hakiel, manager of our art project, with the third position of this year’s Hatun-Sürücü-Preis. We want to thank everyone involved in this project — the dedicated team, volunteers, and the participants — for their tireless work and energy. Some organisations at the forefront of working with disadvantaged women and young girls were also awarded the prize — we want to congratulate and thank them for their work! Thank you to the Bündnis 90/Die Grünen Fraktion Berlin for considering us for this prestigious award!
